Even in Singapore, colleges like RMIT, QUT and many Australian Unis are run like businesses. I guess it is at least some sort of recognition to JB - the ability to lure such brands exhibits that Iskandar Malaysia is on the right path of its intent as an economic hub. This marlborough is more likely a brand that is setting up business here to make $$. Will they produce exceptional kids? Hard to see how and probably just another elitist college for the rich people who might not be the smartest.
