Hi haizneo, I just tried using the old white card and the immigration officer let me through without issues. Guess it is subjected to the discretion of the custom officer.

Last week, my family consisting of 4 persons went into JB. However, we are short of one white card. When I ask for the car at the counter, the officer just shook his head and did not give me any white card. In the end, I still can enter and exit the checkpoint without filling any white card.

Old white card can’t use anymore. Last saturday (6 Feb) my fren (Singaporean) saw a girl using old form then the officer tear the old form on the sport and ask the girl refill a new form.

now u can download the form for macs fast clearing lane from their web n go to custom on weekday to apply

I still feel that the white card can be further trimed. Or follow SG white card where you can tick if you are malaysian and most of the other details you can ignore.

i just want to inform those who plan to travel to sg during the first and second day of cny , pls start your journey early before 10am to avoid the jam at noon . its the same every year.with the resort sentosa open on this friday i think a surge of traffic on causeway toward singapore although i know the custom will open all counter during this period .
