Located at Jalan Gertak Merah, the Johor Bahru Zoo is a 5 minutes drive from the Johor Bahru CIQ/ Custom Complex. While you will not find very exotic species here, kids will still be thrilled by the more common ones – Lions, Elephants, Camels, Horses and Water Buffaloes, just to name a few.

The entrance fee is cheap. It cost only RM$2.00/entry for adults. Details and opening hours as seen below:

Opening Hours: 8.00am – 6.00pm
Entrance Fee: RM$2.00 (Adults), RM$1.00 (Kids from 3-12 years old), Free admission (Below 3 years old)

I am a Singaporean and i am aware there there this a zoo in Jb!

Went there last sep. It is not exactly fantastic but is a relaxing place to go since there is no crowd. and yes, only RM$2 entrace fee.
