For those planning to wed this year, please note there will be a bridal fair at City Square, Johor Bahru from 6th Mar 2009 to 9th Mar 2009.

The bridal fair is organised by the following bridal studios (BS):

Mona Lisa Bridal Palace Sdn. Bhd.
Printemps Wedding Photo Sdn. Bhd.
Super Star Wedding Palace Sdn. Bhd.
Dawns Wedding Photo Sdn. Bhd.

In addition, there will be a bridal show on 8th Mar 2009 (Sunday) at 2.30pm showcasing the latest wedding fashion wear.

Note the following when bargaining:
1. BS packages are generally similar with little distinction between prices. The main distinction factors are the gown theme, photo album sizes and the service standards.
2. They can always throw in freebies like DVD, photo CD, guestbook and music box.
3. Negotiate hard, but DO NOT threaten with “If you do not agree, I’ll go to another BS” statement. They are used to these hard tactics and will more often than, you will piss them off and make the negotiation awkward.
4. If you already know that you will develop more photos than that given in the package, it is a good time to negotiate additional pages now rather than after you have signed the package. 2 additional pages with 3 poses for RM$100 is quite a good deal.

No, the bridal fair is only for the Printemps, Dawn, Superstar and Mona Lisa.

there’s another large scale wedding show organised by the Johor Photographers’ Association from 13-15 March 2009 @ Grand Paragon Hotel, which is opposite Plaza Pelangi. Its a charity fair, you can contribute to charity when u purchase any package there. Can look at http://www.johorbrides.com.

Need Video n photography in Mar 2010 to record Singapore Events from 5pm to 11pm. All to be burn into CD n SD cards plus a 20 pages Album.
Anyone know the cost n good service provider from JB or Singapore ?
